Greetings Denmark Parents and Community,
It is my pleasure to continue to serve you as principal this year! This is my ninth year in educational leadership. Prior to becoming principal, I had many leadership experiences including consulting teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal in Jackson Madison County Schools. Even with these amazing experiences, I will always be a teacher at heart. I also have 10 years of classroom teaching experience in Metro Atlanta Schools. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies (Education) grades (K-8) from Austin Peay State University, a Master’s of Education from Cambridge College, a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Educational Leadership from Cambridge College, and a Doctorate of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Memphis. By pursuing lifelong learning, I intend to be an example to students and teachers that we should never stop learning.
